I'm Lola, a professional movement coach and Pilates instructor with over 25 years of experience as a trainer and dancer.
Movement is my passion and for me, the key to living vibrantly. It energizes, grounds, and brings joy, even on challenging days.
In today's world, we all know the importance of staying active and taking time for self-care, even for just 20 minutes daily. The challenge is finding the right workout and trainer who can help you unlock lasting energy and vibrancy. Life may disrupt routines, but having an anchor to center yourself is invaluable.
That's my mission: to help you move, flow, and find new levels of energy and strength.
My training blends Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Dance into dynamic sessions that leave you feeling strong, centred, flexible and inspired—no matter your level.
